• Forging a strong partnership right away allows you to get to know your builder and vice versa before project start.

• The ability to have a home custom designed and personalized just for you, absolutely is free (typically this would be an additional cost). Please bring sketches, pictures, anything you have that may help you explain your vision. Keep in mind—with Noble Custom Homes, a Custom Home usually costs the same as a model, "spec", or existing home.
